A raft of COVID-19 public health measures are set to be repealed as the NSW Premier urged businesses to bring their employees back into the workplace.
Gladys Berejiklian announced the easing of restrictions from December 1 which will see groups of up to 50 people allowed to gather in a public space.
The public health order that required employers to allow their employees to work from home will also be removed from December 14.
“Hopefully businesses and other organisations can consider having more people in the workplace in a COVID-safe way.” Berejiklian said.
Up to 50 people will be allowed to gather in public spaces and at private residences, as long as they are outdoors. For indoor gatherings, the number remains at 30.
The relaxation of the rules come after 18 days without any locally acquired infections in NSW.Read Full article here
